1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether as an individual buyer, seller, job seeker, recruiter, or business entity) and iBhudev.
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, posting an advertisement, submitting job applications, or using any feature of iBhudev Marketplace, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using our platform immediately.
2. Marketplace Intermediary Model
iBhudev operates strictly as an online classified advertising platform and digital intermediary connecting buyers, sellers, vehicle owners, landlords, tenants, job seekers, and recruiters across India.
What iBhudev Does
- Provides a digital platform to list goods and services
- Connects buyers directly with verified sellers
- Facilitates transparent WhatsApp click-to-chat messaging
- Assists with loan and vehicle insurance enquiries
What iBhudev Is NOT
- Not an auctioneer or commercial retailer
- Not an escrow agent or payment custodian
- Not a party to any transaction or contract
- Not an employer, real estate broker, or dealer
All negotiations, price agreements, condition verifications, vehicle test drives, property visits, and payments are executed entirely between independent buyers and sellers. iBhudev does not handle transaction monies, inspect physical merchandise, or guarantee product conditions.
3. User Accounts & Member Responsibilities
To maintain a trustworthy and safe community for all participants across India, account holders must adhere to the following standards:
Account Credential Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP codes. Any action performed through your authenticated account is presumed to be authorized by you.
Truthful Listing Information
You warrant that all information, photographs, vehicle specs, pricing, and property descriptions you post are truthful, accurate, non-misleading, and relate to items you have legal right to sell or rent.
Verified Email OTP & Mobile Linkage
All accounts require verified email address ownership via Email OTP. Changes to contact mobile numbers require additional step-up OTP verification to safeguard account integrity.
4. Prohibited Activities & Content Policy
To protect users from fraudulent schemes and illegal operations, the following activities and listings are strictly prohibited on iBhudev:
Stolen merchandise, weapons, narcotics, explosives, hazardous chemicals, and government-restricted contraband.
Forged certificates, counterfeit currency, pirated software, cloned gadgets, and fake identification papers.
Flooding the platform with repetitive identical ads, automated bot submissions, keyword spamming, and fake titles.
Unrealistic pricing (e.g. ₹1 for luxury vehicles), deceptive financing promises, multi-level marketing, or bait-and-switch listings.
5. Moderation & Account Restrictions
To ensure quality and compliance with Indian regulatory frameworks, the administration of iBhudev maintains full moderation authority:
- Listing Audit & Approval: We reserve the right to review, reject, edit formatting, or decline any listing that fails to meet quality standards before or after publication.
- Suspension & Hiding: If an ad receives multiple community complaints, contains invalid phone numbers, or raises fraud concerns, our admin team may immediately hide or suspend the listing pending investigation.
- Permanent Ban: Users engaging in spamming, harassment, fraudulent activity, or listing prohibited items are subject to immediate account termination and permanent ban from accessing the platform.
6. Paid Listing Plans & Commercial Terms
iBhudev offers optional premium packages and promotional listing plans for sellers seeking increased visibility across India:
PhonePe is the authorized payment gateway used for listing and promotional fee processing. All digital payments are conducted through PhonePe's secure, PCI-DSS compliant interface. iBhudev never stores your debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
Product and marketplace listing data is subject to auto-deletion within 1 month (30 days) from expiration or deactivation. Statutory transaction records, tax invoices, and security audit logs may be retained as permitted or mandated under applicable Indian law.

7. Direct WhatsApp Deals & Safety Guidelines
iBhudev connects buyers and sellers via standard WhatsApp click-to-chat links for speed and convenience. Because conversations happen off-platform, users must follow these safety practices:
Always conduct vehicle test drives or item handovers in well-lit public locations during daytime. Take a friend or family member with you.
Inspect vehicle RC books, insurance papers, NOCs, and property title deeds thoroughly before signing agreements or paying.
Never transfer token money, booking deposits, or advance payments to unknown sellers on UPI or bank transfer without seeing the item in person.
You never need to scan a QR code or enter your UPI PIN to receive money from a buyer. Entering your PIN always deducts money from your account.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
iBhudev Marketplace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind:
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The visual interface, brand identity, logos, code, algorithms, and design elements of iBhudev are proprietary intellectual property:
Platform Proprietary Assets: All software, website design, graphics, visual layout, and branding are the exclusive property of iBhudev. No person may duplicate, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially republish any part of this platform without prior written authorization.
User Content License: By uploading photographs and listing descriptions to the platform, you grant iBhudev a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, host, resize, and format such content strictly for facilitating your classified advertisement on our website and PWA.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms, transactions on the platform, or platform operations shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts situated in:
