How Consent is Given
- Registration Terms Checkbox: During registration, you affirmatively tick the terms acceptance box confirming understanding of data handling.
- Voluntary Ad Submission: Publishing an ad acts as explicit consent to present your listing details, photos, and contact info to marketplace buyers.
- Inquiry Flows: Submitting a loan or vehicle insurance form authorizes our partner desks to connect with you directly.
How Consent is Withdrawn
- Listing Removal: Delete or deactivate any advertisement at any time directly through your dashboard to immediately stop public display.

How to Submit a Data Privacy Request
To submit a formal request for access, rectification, restriction, or erasure of your account records, please send an email following this standard format:
- Full Name as registered on the account
- Registered mobile number and email address
- Type of request: Access / Rectification / Erasure / Withdrawal
- Specific Advertisement ID(s) or listing titles (if applicable)
- Reason or supporting details for rectification
Mandatory Identity Verification
To safeguard against unauthorized account tampering, malicious erasure, or account takeover attempts, strict identity verification is required before any data modification or deletion request is enacted:
Requests must be transmitted directly from the email address registered with the account. Where necessary for high-impact actions (such as irreversible account deletion), an OTP verification will be dispatched to the registered mobile number.
We do not accept or process privacy requests initiated by third parties, competitors, or from unregistered email accounts without formal legal power of attorney.
Product and listing data is automatically deleted within 1 month (30 days) of expiration or deactivation. Statutory transaction records, PhonePe payment gateway logs (our authorized listing fee processor), tax invoices, and fraud investigation logs may be preserved for regulatory periods mandated under applicable Indian law.
